Game I New South Wales Origin Team

Omit Morris, Woods and Jackson, send Hayne to the wing, bring in Roberts at centre, start Vaughn and Graham, bring James/Boyd on to the bench and that is a team that deserves to start as favorites.

Interesting to name Dugan and Hayne in the centres, 2 blokes that IMO play better at fullback than in the centres - while leaving out genuine in form centres

Perhaps Daley and Sterling know more about Rugby League than I do? Nah :wink:
 
Bit disappointed boyd is not there as a qld supporter. If you want a lazy fat prick that gets gassed quick, gives away dumb penalties and has not run for over 100m once this year he is the man. Qld would have exploited him quick smart. When did he actually become in the conversation for a rep side? He is barely a first grader.

Pretty sure its mind games. Pearce' ego gets overinflated, QLD proceeds (continues??) to use him as a turnstile, NSW loses and natural order as restored!

We all know how NSW believes their own hype - Remember Game 3 of 2015 with QLD being too old and too slow? My 2nd favourite all time Origin (1st is Lockyers winning try in Game 3 of 2006)

My thoughts exactly.
 
This is a quality side, easily their best in a few years, and the only reason it's as dangerous as it is is because Peter Wallace got injured and they were forced to select Peats. I had really hoped they were going to select Merrin too. Damn shame they put Graham on the bench.

What are the odds for the minute of Maloney's first cheap shot that's not a penalty?
