Completely off topic and way out of left field, but I have an idea relating to corner posts. As far as I'm aware it would be within the rules, and could save a LOT of tries.lockyer47 said:^

When you first run out for a half of footy, get your wingers to bend the corner posts right down, facing along the try line, to say a 30 degree angle. Now they've effectively moved the sideline 1m inwards.
Thoughts?

Jeba said:Yeh I know what you mean. There was an example of that earlier this year in the ESL (come to think of it it was probably even less than 30 degrees) and they showed it on the Roast and Gus said he used to tell his wingers to do that all the time.
