Gorrell

like many here seemingly, I think Gorrell does some adequate things but nothing special

so is Marsh ever going to get another shot ? is he going well enough to play the 20 or 30 that McCullough can't seem to ? ... seems it would take an injury from Gorrell atm

The way they are being used currently with McCullough starting, and given a seemingly faster game having evolved with the 2nd referee ... it would seem to me that Marsh would offer more late in the game

Oink !

Marsh is too fragile. CM said he got injured twice in the comet's match with one injury affecting his neck. Haven't heard anything more about it so I presume he's been cleared. But jeez....twice!

Gorrell is playing an important role within our team, McCullough is NO WAY ready for 80 minutes of football - anyone who thinks otherwise needs their head read. To be honest i think we have a bit more cohesion with Gorrell on the field, his experience and calmer head being a telling factor. IMO i think I think McCullough has really struggled when asked to start and play long minutes... he's looked his best when he comes on fresh against the tiring opposition and if you ask me his potency is probably a little exaggerated by this.

I tend to agree with this although I do like some of the things McC does.

Henjak seems to be doing the right thing - in my opinion more effectively than Bennett, in blooding youngsters like McC and Wapau In the early parts of the season.

I am however mystified (a bit off topic) as to why he is persisting with Michaels at centre.

Perhaps for lack of replacments? and no moving folau to left centre and yow yeh to right centre is not a solution yet, I think that combination should stay for just a while. Who is a genuine left centre who could go well there instead of micheals? Alex Glenn, but he's playing a utlity style role, maybe now that teo is back glenn could go back to centres.

I get the feeling micheals is highly rated by the coach and the fact he got selected in that origin squad probably means he's not even close to getting dropped.

I've always rated Michaels. Perhaps he and Folau should swap around Regularly during a game.

I really want to see folau go to left cetnre but I think henjak wants to keep them their so just like last game they can from a lethal combination between the four, so why i think yow yeh should go right wing and folau go left with micheals being dropped, I don't see it happening. I hope the origin selection for micheals gave his confidence a boost, I really missed the micheals of last year.
