RUMOUR Greg Inglis to broncos

I just cannot see us paying for a superstar as it's not the bronco way. We would however pay for a first class prop if there was one available . Naturally, I could be totally wrong but if Inglis wants to come 'home' he might be willing to accept a lesser offer if some decent third party stuff happened....I still seriously doubt him playing for us. It would be nice though. Perhaps we don't really need him ???
 
the reason y g.i reneged on handshake deal guys is a lot closer to home than you all think. You know it was actually darren lockyer and other bronco origin players who warned him under henjak it was not the right time for him to come to the broncos. So give the guy some credit.
 
The only way i see GI coming here is if we lose a few good juniors, at which i will be very unhappy.

Can't see it happening TBH.

Give the guy credit for what? Going back on his word? For holding out for an extra boat from Uncle Rusty?

He's certainly not owned by Fairfax, it's just a regular guy posting shit about football.

What if Daniel Dowell is actually Greg Inglis and he was actually going to sign with us but wanted to gauge the fans opinions first? Imagine him coming out next year when the Rabbits play the Broncos and saying he would have come to Brisbane if it wasn't for BHQ. I'd laugh. First Henjak, now us.

Inglis said to the media a month ago he wouldn't be playing for the broncos. Said he just bought a house here and that's it.

Inglis does plan to live in Sandgate ( why I don't know ha ha ) when he retires from footy as far as I've heard and really, if he was t accept a bit of a pay cut its just possible he could play for the Broncos or the Titans. The tits must have a few bucks available after missing DCE and it's a straight drive from Sandgate to the Coast....I wouldn't totally be surprised as it's got a certain logic to moving north of the border.
