My Guess. Most penalty tries out of rounds 4, 8, 11. If none, or a draw, Best combined time in opposition half out of rounds 1, 5, 19, and still if no winner is decided, Dave Gallop flips a coin.

If the coin lands on its side. Both teams are removed from the competition to allow expansion into other areas. Team 10 will then move into position 8 to move into the finals series.

I dunno, I reckon it could well go points, f/a, points against, points for, head to head, tries conceded, tries scored.

Reward better defence.

I reckon Fozz would be right re countback. Dragons would finish on top of us since they won the last game against us. If that's what he meant anyway!!!
