I pressed like as soon as I read your first line. A guy like that is toxic to a team and he deserves a kick in his entitled pants by rightfully being dropped from origin. Come on, Mal you know you must for the sake of the team.

I noticed that too. If anyone should have got that $10mil, it's the one guy who's at least giving it his all, and looking for the ball to make opportunities.

Yeah DCE is really struggling for form since this whole ordeal. It's pretty great to watch.

If it wasn't for his long distance kicking game, which even then wasn't great, DCE would be a complete and utter liability for the Sea Eagles.

All he offers in general play is an inside ball to Symonds or Horo. His running game was terrible last night and he was easy pickings for the South Sydney defence. G. Stewart in particular had a field day running up on him and slamming him the ground.

The frustrating thing for Manly is that they didn't play that bad. As a team, I thought they combined a lot better than Souths did but they just shot themselves in the foot with untimely errors and Souths really made them pay down Manly's left hand side with Hiku/Trbojevic.

They also miss that bit of authority in the pack. It was a fairly even game until George Burgess starting winding up and tearing through the middle. Once he made that break, it was all over for the Sea Eagles.

I'm not sure if Toovey can do much in the interim other than to get his halves to pull their finger out and execute their plays better. I'm not sure what Hasson offers the team and would be keen to drop him for Mason with Sene-Lefao to come in for Sao who just lacks that experience off the bench.
