Johns did dominate at Origin level. Not for as long as Lewis, Langer or Lockyer, but he still stamped his authority in that arena in a handful of games.

Seriously, it's embarrassing. This guy plays a handful of good games across 2 seasons and he gets compared to some of the greats. Don't get me wrong, when Hayne dominates a game, he really does DOMINATE a game. He is sensational. BUT he does it for 8-9 games a year and goes MIA for the rest of them.
One of the greatest things about Wally, Lockyer etc is they've always been able to dominate at the highest level and do it consistently over many years. That's what makes a great player. It's pretty tough to be consistently good year after year after year, but the players that do it are the real greats of our game.
Hayne has a long way to go. A LONG way.
