As apparently required by this forum, I have to publicly confess that I also follow the Cowboys and the Storm as my 2nd and 3rd teams and wore a cowboy hat to the Cowboys Grand Final [icon_ee .
I also attend NRL games and Semi Finals not containing the Brisbane Broncos rugby league football team [icon_non

I bought a Cowboys flag when I went to the GF a few years ago but I dunno where it is anymore. eusa_think [icon_razz1

Anyway, I wouldn't buy another team's merchandise because it's expensive (I only bought my first ever jersey last year because I'm a tightarse! [icon_lol1. ). It's a good thing that people buy a lot of jersey's I guess, it supports the game.

I think it comes down to the majority of us seing a 2nd favourite team and so on as just that...they are just someone who we like more then other teams in the comp. I mean I like the Warriors and Penrith and they would probably be my 2nd and 3rd fave teams but I wouldn't go out and buy their stuff.

Where some other people on here, like Sylve feel more passionate towards their second and third teams.

I love the cowboys!!! They are my 2nd team and if they aren't playing the Broncos I cheer them on to win. I want a Broncos v Cowboys grand final with a Broncos win, of course. I love Jonathan Thurston possibly more than I love most of the Broncos. Nothing wrong with it!
