First it was the RL Independent Commission, now there is talk of Howard taking on the Deputy and then Presidency of the ICC.

Seriously what a load of crap. The guy is not a qualified sports administrator and is little more than a rabidly passionate fan of the game. He would be severely out of his depth in a role such as this, we would be seen as a joke and it would simply give even more power to the governing bodies of the sub-continent.
