And just to add to the above, I think that we (the admin team) have been too lenient on this type of behaviour recently.

Any more of these over-reactive, bullying type responses towards broncoman or any other regular targets will attract warnings in the future.

If you want to be part of a forum where it's fine to constantly give #### to a relatively new member who has said he has Aspergers, even when he makes a totally innocent comment, then this is not the place for you.

There is plenty of banter on here that we let go because it usually involves a bit of give and take and generally starts from a fairly reasonable place. Our reaction to that behaviour will not change.

When someone is copping it from all directions for absolutely no good reason and doesn't seem to stand up for himself, then we'll step in.

Seems reasonable to me. If anyone still has concerns then take it up with me or another admin via PM.
