I think he was told he wouldn't have complete control of the team.

He got offered more by us and regardless of any stipulations our genius CEO thought it was a good idea to get on his media high horse every week and critisice Bellamy for his "wrestling" when he should have little or nothing to do with the media related to footy questions. Cullen butchered the deal by slandering Bellamy week after week and love or hate Bellamy we would be playing disciplined and conceding a tonne less points right now if he was our coach.

I can't stand Bellamy but I do agree he's a great coach. I guess if he did come I wouldn't of minded so much considering he was here for 5 years. Obviously though Cullen is a dud CEO, from a business perspective Cullen should of tried to get Bellamy at any costs, slandering him in public is pretty stupid.

Actually it's perfectly valid to write resign to mean re sign. The hyphen is added for clarity in print. Gotta love the retardedly complicated and contradictory language that is english. Mandarin ftw.

I was still using it as resign rather than re-sign. He resigned himself to a loss this week but he is more hopeful about next week.
