The way I can see it working is (assuming we get thurston, and assuming I don't have a heart attack from sheer joy at the announcement)

Thurston comes in 2014 - wallace is punted and prince either has a year with thurston or 'retires' - Norman to mature under thurston and form a good combination for a few years, norman the dominant half once thurston retires

What are Thurston's motivations for leaving (if this isn't just Sam Ayoub sales puff)? It can't be money, Thurston is the King of Townsville - the club would pay him anything he wanted, like Lockyer at the Broncos. Maybe a shot at a premiership?

They're getting engaged, settling down... maybe she wants to be close to Mum to have kids...
