for real. I catch the train at the same place where they catch the bus to school and every single kid in a keebra uniform is an islander.

Yeah they actively recruit kids from NZ and the Pacific Islands and give them scholarships to come and do school in Australia. I don't know all the details of the program but I have heard it discussed.
