It's more so the playing group haven't played under a system and structure before. Previous coach just let them "play". Not play in a systematic structure that makes you earn the right to "play". That's why our players have always look so lost on what to do in sets.. no idea, no preconceived plan of attack

.....well we have 5 years of this to go so....I guess those who cant/wont adapt to the new normal will be shown up and shipped out I guess..?
