Despite losing we have definitely shown improvement in our attitude and commitment since Nolan, Pangai and Lodge were given the ass. Once toxic, always toxic it seems. I would just love to know why it took until Donuts arriving for any of these problems to actually be acted upon. Like who the **** was the brains of this operation before he arrived? Clearly not White or Morris.

White was gone in January ... and an acting CEO won't make changes of that magnitude, they're basically there to keep the ship afloat.
These changes would have been able to be made in February if it wasn't for the fucking Melbourne Storm and that cockhead Tripp

I voted 5. The 1-10 scale is hard though, because what some people call a 5, others call a 2 or 3. (If the storm failed to make the 8 this year, what would Bellamys 1-10 rating be?)
I think the first half of the season before DD and Ikin came on board should pretty much be ignored when rating Kev. Since they have come in and started changing things, have a look at the on field performance.
The team is playing for each other, defence has improved, there is pride in the jersey again (everything Kev said from the beginning that he needed to do) Kev admitted earlier in the year that it was taking longer than he thought it would as well. Now the dead would has mostly been cleared out - look at the change.
I think a full pre-season without the dickheads and bringing the new recruits in, we’ll see a big improvement next year.

I'm finding that hard to get my head around given that we were basically getting pumped by 40+ points nearly every game at the start of the season, especially with our draw.

Kev should be given a brake for the period he was essentially the Coach, CEO and Head of Football. It's a wonder we didn't lose Staggs or Piakura in that period for that alone he deserves a pass. I gave him a 5 and at the moment he is sitting on a 6.5, if we win two more games and my positivity for the future remains he will get a 7. That seems stupid seeing we jumped one spot, but when you factor in the literal no off season signings of note, the shape of our cap, the form of some these blokes and the media's strange attempt at a mid year knifing. Kev has done a pretty incredible job just to continue on with his plan. I want nothing more then for Kev to be able to see this out and jag a Premiership along the way, it will unlikely be next year but I am more positive that things are on the upward swing then I have ever been in the last four years.
