Why would we do that? Hunt is one of the best 7's in the game. And even if it did happen, as if Waddell would unseat Macca for the bench hooker in that situation.

No. no way... I don't even...

Hunt isn't moving anywhere for anyone.

Waddell will play in trials or an injury crisis.

Kodi most likely won't be here next year as he want's to play in the halves. We have the best, if not one of the best young half combos in the NRL - Neither Hunt or Milford are moving to accommodate anyone.

Macca will not be getting replaced by Kodi, or Hunt or Berrell or Waddell or some drunk **** in the front row of our first home game. Macca will be our No. 9 up until the point we get someone that is better than him (if that happens).

The bloke has carried us for two years. Kodi will just have to bide his time or leave the club. He could be the next Shaun Berrigan and Shaun Berrigan had a fantastic career as an utility.

I like kodi. He's a little legend!

But if he wants to move on and play somewhere else that's up to him. . But if he wants to do aben hunt and bide his time, learn his trade. . Then he'll stay.

Not long now til hunt is playing origin and kodi will get his moments to shine as a half.

There's a large difference between moving him for the greatest Hooker of all time and moving him for a 21 year old who doesn't want to play Hooker, and can't defend.

Not for the money. . Rather keep all the money in the halves and backs then splurge to replace macca who IMO is going to have a very good year.

as for berrell he isnt anywhere near up to first grade standard, he can only pass right to left and offers vwry little out of dummy half.
ill admit i have never been a huge fan of macca but he still has a few good years in him yet.

I went the game at the DW in Wigan on Saturday and Kodi was fantastic. What a player.

I want Kodi to stay but I can honestly see a strong incentive for him to leave. He is an NRL quality half/fullback and if he has decided his future is in the halves, then his situation is quite different to Hunt's. As much as Hunt got messed around by Griffin, Wallace and Lockyer were much older than Hunt and Milford are. If Kodi bides his time, he won't get first crack for almost a decade if we keep our current halves. If he is happy to play fullback that's different because Boyd is probably two-three seasons from moving to wing/centre/retirement.

I don't like the fact that some of us are presuming to know what his intentions are. For all we know he's perfectly happy to bide his time, play as bench hooker or refine his skills in the Q-Cup (as we all thought Hunt should have been doing).
