Korbin Sims to Red Hill

I was pleased preseason and nothings changed. He is going as well as I had hoped he would.

Yep, I'm happy with him. He knows exactly what he is here to do, run hard, tackle hard.

I saw enough in that Melbourne game to still be concerned.

In terms of going too far? I thought it was getting out of hand towards the end of that game but Bennett would have seen it too and had a word to him. He was still fearsome tonight but not Even close to losing control, which is a much better sign.

But by the time he realises he's amazing he'll be back in the barn yard

It's still a wait and see from me.

To his credit, there have been times where he's threatened to do something incredibly silly like a pass between the legs or a german suplex on Coote and he's stopped himself.

However, it's still too early and I think he needs to do more of the 1%ers, like the cover tackle on Holmes in the trial before I'm convinced.

It's difficult to watch him play and not get flashbacks.

Yeah I know what you mean. Like dropping the ball in the dying moments, guaranteeing defeat to the Storm. Thank **** that has never happened, ever, not even once, in fact I forgot what I was talking about, what were you saying? Yeah, agree. Nothing bad will come of Sims.

Suplex? Actually, wouldn't mind a bit of the ol' Piledriver on Reynolds next week...

That's stupid, if you're referring to his brothers. He's a different person and deserves a chance.

The problem is bb they're all cut from the same cloth.

I'm not basing it purely on the fact he's related either, I'm basing it on past history having watched him as young as 18. He's a spitting image of Ashton, for better and worse.

Probably the single most stupid post of 2017. You're not basing your idiotic opinion on his family relationship and then go on to say he's a spitting image. Ffs, I once knew a family of 15, 13 children. One of them became an alcoholic. They are all alcoholics according to that ridiculous logic.

Actually it would only be the same logic if you had noticed all of them drinking heavily from the age of 18. But don't mind me, I just disagree with everything you say.

Easy Francis, as I explained...

Now I could see how you're easily confused. Watching him as an 18 year old? What at the night clubs? At social gatherings? At kareoke where? But common sense would dictate on the footy field where he shares a lot of similarities with his brothers. Namely ill-discipline, poor handling and laziness around the ruck.

You had your chance yesterday to prove me wrong about something, anything. You're yet to explain why Ricky Stuart built a team of really big forwards and DIDN'T intend to go through the middle as you asserted.

Sims has given the pack a harder edge this year. Massive upgrade on Wallace. Does he have things he can work on? Of course he does. Does he have enormous potential. Yes.
