SUPERCOACH Wayne Bennett admits that signing centre Mark Gasnier has disrupted his Dragons as they prepare for Sunday's Sydney Cricket Ground showdown against the Roosters.

The NRL premiership favourites have lost three of their past four games as Gasnier has struggled to reproduce anything like the form from the days when he was regarded as the world's premier centre.

Hope there is in-fighting at the club.

Daily teleshit beat up as usual.
No surprise who the journo behind the story is either.

lol. Phil Rothfield is such a gaylord.

I would say other things, but the word censor just wouldn't do it justice.

He's pretty much Rebecca Wilson with a penis.

BTW
When assholes make titles like this "Mark Gasnier has disrupted us - Wayne Bennett " doesn't the - Wayne Bennett suggest it's a quote from him? How can he write a title like that when Bennett said nothing like that or even hinted that, all he said was the combination was disrupted.

Bennetts just preparing the excuses for when his team gets knocked out of the finals without so much as a whimper again.

EDIT: nothing grand about this years finals, thats for sure. retard fight!

Not that Phil Rothfield is a proper journalist or anything, but he didn't make anything up. If one part of the team's attacking structure is disrupted, the whole team is disrupted. It's just like saying Hodges' injury in the pre-season disrupted our preparations.
Swapping Beau Scott out of the backline in favour of Gasnier is a big change. They have entirely different skill sets. You go from one hard-running, largely defensive centre, to one that everybody expects to create magic off his own bat, and there are always going to be teething issues. Since he returned Soward and Hornby have been falling into the old 'give it to Gaz' style of play the Dragons were once famous for, rather than sticking with the type of football they have been playing.
