Williams gets a low grade so he can conveniently plead it out to get off the charge, how does Dave Taylor get 4-5 weeks for a driving tackle gone a bit wrong in the wet and Thaiday gets 2 weeks for yet another driving tackle that lands on the shoulder but two important players for a Sydney team going into a grand final can escape completely free of any charges of significance. Williams hit Yow Yeh flush on the jaw with a swinging arm in an upright position, it was a clear 2-3 week tackle and Matai is Matai and deserves to be hit by a truck.

yeah I was screaming at the TV when they started saying that, Alexander, Daley and Smith straight away started mounting a defense. Matai had plenty of time to pull out but chose to make contact the only way he could thinking he had to stop a try.

Williams charge was a disgrace as well , swinging arm, clenched fist, flush contact, no deflection. If that is a grade 1 then what the hell is a grade 5.

Look, I hate most 'conspiracy theories', but I have absolutely no doubt the NRL is operating with a bias towards NSW teams. Some of the crap we have witnessed this season is beyond ridiculous.

Hello everyone, very sad to see the Broncos lose under such terrible circumstances last Friday night ... the boys put so much effort in and it's just wrong for it to end that way. If they went out fair and square, then fair enough .. but we all saw what happened. There is a petition that has been made regarding some of these type of issues and will be sent to the NRL (hopefully enough signatures before the grand final even). It is basically about being fed up with biased refereeing and if you agree with it, please sign it and please pass it on .. we should let the NRL know that we are fed up!
