Great article in today's Telegraph about the money hungry Sonny.

The list of grievances Money Bill and his new management will take to the Bulldogs on Wednesday night has finally been revealed, and it's staggering in its naivety.

Somebody save the kid before it is too late.

Driving Williams' complaints is that his contract does not contain annual leave benefits, superannuation or fringe benefits tax. The other complaints are that the contract does not alter for outside influences such as form, inflation or his status in the game.

Have a read. Seems like his new mate Nasser has been no good influence on the kid. I think he is a wonderful player but if he is going to act like a twit he can go touch the ball 3 times a game in Rugby for all I care.

he wont get an offer from NZRU or another NRL club for more than he's making at the doggies. so unless he p1sses of to Europe he has very few options.

If what's been leaked is for real, poor Sonny Bill. What a fuckwit his manager is. Khoder Nasser. Remember that name.

Best laugh I have had in awhile.

Khoder Nasser is/was Mundine's manager.

Thought so. Having heard him interviewed a couple of times on radio I can concur that the guy is a muppet of the highest order!

It is definitely no coincidence that the last rugby league player I heard crapping on as much as Sonny Bill has been lately was Mundine. This guy is clearly not good news and could end up royally screwing Sonny Bill.

so sonny bill would have no problem being dropped back to $50k a year if he was really out of form, injured, or suspended? i think not.

He only seems to have a problem that he doesn't get more cash if he is playing brilliant football. but he has no problems with the fact that it stays the same if he is playing utter rubbish or if he is not playing at all

Nasser hasn't changed at all. Wasn't there a big uproar about his contract handling back when Mundine was playing Leage?

Wasn't there a big uproar about EVERYTHING to do with Mundine when he played league?

Nasser should really take his grievances about Sonny Bill's contract to Kevin Rudd, since it seems to be common tax and industrial relations law that he's whinging about. He's probably doing Sonny Bill a disservice by going public. ATO will probably scrutinise his tax return even more this year.

Probably won't be able to get away with tattoo treatment as a business expense..

The sad thing is, that's pretty much totally legal to do if you model for clothes advertisements etc.

You can justify just about anything. As long as you can come up with a believable justification that is.

That's why I studied journalism.

(and still managed to have a tax DEBT of $600 last year. Ergh)

Pfft. I had a tax debt of over $1000 last year because my employer failed to pay for my work-related tertiary education and also didn't change my tax rate to cater for FEE-HELP payments.

They still haven't reimbursed me...

This is what annoys me the most. So he only takes home $200 000 a year. Boo bloody hoo. I wouldn't mind taking that home. Considering he spends the majority of his time on the bench, or doing SFA on the field, then he is lucky that he is getting paid that much at all.

Also for a club that has continually saved his arse and supported him through his stupid behaviour and injuries, he sure bags them out and criticises them unnecessarily. If the dogs want to free up some money, they shoud tear up his contract and look elsewhere. Not like he really contributes all that much anyway.

Also pretty sure he isn't actually an accredited NRL Player Manager, so if he did negotiate any contract upgrade with the Bulldogs, then Sonny Bill still woulnd't get it becaue the NRL won't register a contract negotiated by a non-accredited manager. Seriously the sooner Sonny-Bill gets rid of this twat the better off everyone will be - and he might even get back to playing some footy.

Nassar is a tosser, and bad news for Sonny Bill, though he is good at milking clubs for every last penny. He got Mundine on a 600k a year deal at the dragons! That is just mindblowing. I choked on my weetbix when i heard that one.

IMO Sonny, you signed that last deal showing you were happy with it..... live with it buddy.
