So far, surely Giddey is in the running for rookie of the year and also, Paddy must be in with a shout at All Stars if they are legit, surely.

I think he's in the running for the 1st rookie team, but Mobley and Barnes are surely the front runners for ROTY. It honestly looks like one of the best rookie classes in years.

think the 76ers over paid drummond was handy to have around to manage biids work load,done now though but i think the nets will be the better side for the trade.

Nets won this trade by a mile. If the sixers think dealing with Simmons was hard, wait till Harden throws his toys out of the cot.
Nets get KD and Irving back in that line up full time, they will be an absolute force and the best thing about this trade is they wont even need Simmons to put up big shooting numbers as there is plenty of scorers on that team already.

The Nets definitely win the trade, Simmons fits better for them than Harden and is considerably younger. This is of course all dependent on Simmons not being a spent force now.

They still have a cracking team and Ben might be the glue they need to bring them together. They don't need a high scoring guard, they need a distributor who can defend, Simmons fits this exactly. Drummond is a great second foil to their main centre too.
