Spurs losing after being 29 up and still 17 with 8 to go, that's going to be hard to come back from, especially at 3-1 down.
 
Was one of the greatest sporting moments I have watched live. Atmosphere was electric and you don't see many comebacks like that in any sport let alone the gravity of the moment.

Spurs played their part in a horrible way but credit the Knicks. Amazing.

How good was that final tap in. Anunoby has to be a serious candidate for finals MVP. He's been phenomenal. I know it'll go to Brunson or Wemby and I guess fair enough but Anunoby has been the fire starter for the Knicks on this incredibly post-season run.

Alot of people saying Anunoby should win it. Hard to argue. Brunson big time today though. Will be close if they finish it off. I suspect the Spurs get it back to new york though

Yeah wouldn't be surprised but that 29 point turn around looms so large now. That momentum swing is going to be very hard to overturn. That said, the Knicks have a long championship drought hanging over their heads too.


The crazy thing is though, I don't even think NYK have been that good. Bridges has disappeared, Hart has been hot and cold and Shamet has gone quiet too. They can get better.
 
Man the Knicks have not turned up at all, they cannot hit a shot, literally not one has gone in inside the three point line.
 
Haha those two would have put me off the free throws too.
 
Anunoby is phenomenal. Keeping the Knicks in this all by himself.
 
Aside from Anunoby, that quarter was appalling by NY.
 
Knicks starting to hit a few but Towns in foul trouble.
 
Spurs up by 5 at half time. NYK were so bad in the first quarter, that's a massive win to be this close. Spurs have thrown everything at them but the Knicks are slowly gaining ascendancy. I'd be surprised if SAS win it from here but I wouldn't mind if they do. I want another game but I'm also getting caught up in the romance of the Knicks being champs for the first time in 50 years.
 
Wemby is a protected species, he has committed so many clear flagrants and the refs are too scared to call them because if they do, he gets suspended. He just tried to take out Brunson and has already elbowed Sochan, a dude not even on the floor, in the head twice. That's on the back of throwing Brunson's head to the ground and not being called the last two games.
