New joint owner for Vodafone Warriors

New Zealand businessmen Eric Watson and Owen Glenn ONZM today announced a multi-million dollar investment in rugby league after confirming they had agreed on a 50-50 joint venture including ownership of the Vodafone Warriors.

In announcing they will be equal partners in a joint venture that will include 100 per cent ownership of the Vodafone Warriors, Watson and Glenn also made a commitment to invest a multi-million dollar sum in rugby league.

This will make the Warroirs one of the most financialy stable clubs in Rugby League. Remeber that Watson saved the Warriors from financial oblivion.
