Michael Luck retires from the Colts during pre-season.
Bloke too banged up from having below par OL.
Yeah mate, GB do look good will be catching up on that game tonight too.Real happy with Green Bay so far. Massive improvements on the defense which has sucked for the last 5 plus years. Offense is still shaping and are only playing half a game so far but are 4 and 1 after playing some very good teams,
I like the switch plays the saints do with Hill coming into QB, keeps the D guessing. If you'd told me after Brees hurt his thumb that the Saints would be 4-1, after playing the Seahawks and Cowboys, I would have laughed. So pretty good all told!
Teddy isn't setting the world on fire but he doesn't need to as long as the defense keeps turning up and Thomas and Kamara take turns to dominate. The way Brees faded down the stretch last year, I can't help but feel like this injury may be a blessing in disguise, if he can come back and play his best football in the playoffs.
Colts D looks strong though Fozz, BBQ seems decent enough.Colts trucking along somehow. BBQ Brisket is going well but still not on the level of Luck.
****....that still hurts.
I'll watch the condensed version tonight Big Pete but what do you think the Vikings deficiencies are?Minnesota re-enforced themselves as the pretenders of the competition. They can beat lesser opposition, but when they find themselves in the arm-wrestle they fold under pressure and allow themselves to sit back and watch other teams come up with some amazing plays.
There's been some shining lights and they're still in with a chance of making the post-season, but it's the same ol' song out of Minny.
Fortunately everyone in the NFC North had a forgettable week, so it wasn't as bad. Still, that was a statement game against Chiefs and they squandered it.
Gonna be a cracking match mate. The Saints are going so well despite adversity, it's making me worried that an even worse end is coming this season than the last two...
Looking forward to the Niners-Saints game in a few weeks. Might decide the top seed for the NFC.
