They've been doing that for about 4 weeks now... the penalty inside the 40m has been put to bed... unless it's the cows who got two tonight.

Have literally not seen any given this whole finals series or for about 3 weeks leading up to the finals, but cows get two yardage penalties tonight and also get a challenge penalty even though he put the ball behind his foot.
