CROSS FORUM NRL 2022 Round 11 Discussion

Tipping has just been impossible since the 6-again rule was introduced.

You had one job, Eels. Ah well, better luck next week.

So, we now have Big Brother adjudicating on Crusher tackles. And the ruling is: Manly does them; Doesn'tmatta doesn't.
Ditto when it comes to deciding if a player loses possession of the ball.
If anyone needed further convincing that RL is rorted then this was was the match. 9-2 penalties. Manly always offside. Doesn'tmatta never.
Gambling has corrupted the sport.

Talking 'bout my g-g-generation

he is goooooone, thought it was risky playing him with the knee how it was, but this is him done for atleast the majority of the season.
I never bought Hasler last week at the post media conference claiming he was fine, he clearly wasn't and I couldn't work out why when the match was clearly over they didn't take him off the field.

Can somebody with the skills put the Manly spear tackle next to Patty's for comparison please.

The Manly one ten in the bin and a penalty. Ours - "Dangerous tackle has been cleared". Patty never even had the ball as he was slammed to the turf.

Poor old warriors fans right now

SJ drops the kick off and they've conceded a try because they've not put the ball dead off a kick

I'm just watching a bit during half time in the AFL, how the heck did we use to them again?

I'm not sure which team is dumber at the moment

Not sure why Dragons and Warriors continue to keep taking each other on down the sideline.

In these conditions, unless you've got a clear run, you're just asking to be taken over the sideline and that's happened to both of them.

SJ is a shell of what he used to be

I don't get why refs stop play to tell the player playing the ball to get back on the mark.

They will do it once, then forget about it for the rest of the game. My biggest pet hate is when players plant the ball to the side of the marker and play the ball, so the markers aren't square.

Why would you challenge that?

It was pretty clear cut.
