Dragons vs panthers

Based on round 1 there is the Panthers and daylight to the chasing bunch.

South’s and Roosters need a huge improvement. Storm, Eels and Manly looked very rusty but doing enough to show they are there or thereabouts.

Will the class show through when the big teams peak mid season or is there changes within the 8 happening this season?

I think back to 2018 when the favoured teams all started slow in the first 6 weeks. Then they tweaked the tackle rules and the big guns found form and an interesting season returned to predictable.

I think roosters are too good not to be top 4
They aim to peak late season so won’t care even if they go 0 and 3 to start the season

Souths will rise and fall on Lattrell Mitchell
If he is inspired they will rise if he can’t be bothered trying then they will finish outside of the 8

Eels are a form team and anything could happen

Broncos ate the lowly ranked team that looked the goofs last week and put their hand up to contend
