I knew it but it barely ever happens, technically if that is the case it could come under professional foul, but I feel like it was the correct play in that sceniaro.

Very, very rarely. In Union it is a yellow immediately, which I think is stupid, because it can be given for a failed intercept.

Can only ever recall it being blown when an attacker knocks it over a defender on a kick.
