I fail to see why fans of our sport always throw mud at the dominant team in the comp.

Either enjoy what they do or feel satisifed with the mediocrity that the team you support dishes up

Yeah, agree with this - also I honestly don't get where the 'arrogant' tag comes from for the Panthers - there's maybe some 'youthful exuberance', and I take that any day compared with say the fucked off uncle vibes that Cody Walker gives off

Panthers are actually the one dominant team I'm enjoying watching in the last decade.

They're not built on Rooster billionaire bucks, or Storm shadiness. They're not nvolved in drugs or salary cap scandals.

Penrith is different, it is a lot of local juniors in the mix playing footy and kicking ass. Theres even a father and son thing going on that I appreciate. Lui and Cleary are my favourite halves combo in the comp.

Penrith is different, it is a lot of local juniors in the mix playing footy and kicking ass. Theres even a father and son thing going on that I appreciate. Lui and Cleary are my favourite halves combo in the comp.

They play an really exciting brand of attacking footy too. They don’t grind out boring wins

I’ve sat in the stadium directly behind their bench - the arrogant tag is accurate and I’d throw unsportsmanlike in there too.

And yet, still infinitely more likeable than the Storm.

I don't mind the Panthers for reasons others have mentioned, and the fact that unlike the Storm, they don't pioneer new and dangerous methods to injure their opposition with each new Season.

They have no need to pioneer new methods. The old methods work fine. I speak of course of Jerome Luai deliberately changing direction to stomp on Knik's head while he lay un-sighted on the ground. Such a low act from cowardly dog.

It was Ilias and I reckon he should've been binned for it.

The ball was on the opposite side that he was coming from so he was never getting near it and still threw the leg out and collected him in the head... easy sin bin and 8 point try to me

There is always one or two flogs in every team, the difference is the entire storm side are flogs.
