Both teams shot themselves with all the errors.

Better second half from the Cowboys. Taumalolo led the way and just helped the Cowboys gain the ascendency. Off the back of that a couple of their young forwards stood up and snagged some tries. Luki with a nice try off the face ball, the Cowboys shape is really beginning to trouble teams. The other for Nanai once again shows how dangerous he is chasing the football. He got it wrong plenty of times in the first half, but when it counted he stood up. Good play from Drinkwater as well, backed his skills to go for the early kick and landed it perfectly. Still a bit of clunkiness from the Cowboys but they're a lot better organised than in years past.

Just felt like the Raiders lost their way after 15. Papalii and Tapine were causing all sorts of problems, but the Raiders really struggled to push their advantage. Fell into the trap of one out running and couldn't get the ball into their most dangerous players often enough. Thought the late changes for Elliott and Savage backfired. Savage made a few mistakes at the back and Elliott got in the way of the attack.

That's a pretty important result for the Cows, it certainly puts them in the mix in that 7th-12th range.
