CROSS FORUM NRL 2022 Round 9 Discussion

Big game for Knights to prove they have heart and aren’t on the spoon spiral. They have the time to turn it around, but they gotta start now. A competitive display even without a win would probably get OBrien off the hook.

I feel like that game was last week. Love seeing the Cows lose but we play Newcastle first so I hope they are completely demoralized by the time we get them.

He's scored that.

But I thought he made it harder for himself by not stepping back in.

So a try was denied in the earlier game for catching on the inside and Dearden has clearly caught it on the inside of the second lead runner... why no obstruction this time around..

Looking at that angle again, how is that not a double movement?

Clear promotion with the ball carrying arm touching the ground.

They tend to let them go if there's a lot of depth between the players.

He's caught it a fair way back. I think it's 50/50.

I don't think the thought ever crossed their minds. Crazy to not look closer at it.

But they didn’t in the earlier game for Tigers.... Toa wrapped around the back of the half to take it but he was on the inside shoulder of Garner who ran a decoy.

No one was actually obstructed, Garner got through the line, Harper was marking no one and it was a simple pass to the winger who scored.

the whole thing was negated because Toa caught it on the inside shoulder of Garner.

Considering the form the cows are in, looks to be a pretty disappointing turn out at the game in a good Saturday night spot.

Also, up the Knights!
