CROSS FORUM NRL 2023 Round 12 Discussion

If Ponga fails this HIA that might be it for his career, it wasn't a big hit and this is only the 4th game after his last break from one.

Looking at the replay, Ponga was out cold for a second or two.

The wobbly neck before hitting the ground & the shape of his hand/finger's once on the ground....
He was out.
😔

Lazy marker defence from knights there... they didn't want anything to do with Tracey from dummy half

Looks like Ponga is coming back out... he looked pretty out of it in that tackle

Ponga is just not a good defender in the line anyway and O'Brien should've done away with this five eight experiment a looooong time ago

O'Brien is a useless coach and Ponga is really the glaring example of all that is wrong with him, he just doesn't understand how to get the best out of his players.

Now that’s a text book crusher, he didn’t back into the defence, the defence flipped him and landed on the back of his head. Even though it was soft and didn’t hurt nicho it was dangerous.

Miller has been their best player all year, how can you move him out of position?
He's been trash so far this game... but O'Brien should never have gone down the five eight route in the first place, which would mean not spending cap space on Miller ... or he could've put him on the wing instead of signing Marzhew.

He's basically gone all in on Ponga to 6 now with the signings he's made
