Seibs needs to give it the old Football Manager Team Talk: "Where's the passion, lads." (Said using the Angry option).

Follow it up with "I want to see more from you." (Said using the Angry option.)

often bought about a second half performance for me. Okay, going from 0-4 to 1-6 is still a crap loss, but my team did do better in the second half...
