Looks like Walker will have to get his own uber to reggies.

I've always thought he was overhyped, and far too arrogant for his size. Glad we never got him.

Watching oloapu I expect the same.
Honestly if I was a 15 year olds manager I would tell them to sign for the broncos no matter what, then sign for another club at 17-19. The hype our juniors get is insane, leading to huge egos and overpriced rookie contracts. If our juniors and prospects were as good as they hype up we'd have won about 12 premierships in a row. Meanwhile, don't hear a peep about the panthers reserves.

Just throwing this out there: I don't want to hear all this bullshit from Fox talking heads about "duty of care" over and over like its some sort of trump card, when you've got gambling ads spewed all over the TV and the players. Where is the duty of care from the NRL/Fox for gambling addicts?

I’m now more convinced that Fox and Vlandys have made a dodgy deal for favourable coverage than ever.

Paul Kent was talking about the proposed games in the US like it is great yet a few years ago when it was floated under the previous admin he was scathing of the idea. Said it was ridiculous and “if there is no plan to expand there what is the point? Waste of time and money, embarrassing”

@1910 anounced Jock wasn`t playing on the week end . I asked @1910 if he was rested or injured . The ignorant **** didn`t answer me .

I saw a tweet saying he was running with the 1sts and then some news from Kevvie saying Jock is in .

I think both players are still years away from where we can properly judge them, it's not outside back, halfback takes alot more time to judge the player ability.

I can't stand Gould. However, he is correct in this case. Not finding a good way to reward 1v1 leg tackling has had a follow-on effect. The issue is, with the supreme physicality of modern footballers, it is going to be hard to reel this back regardless. Furthermore, injuries are an unavoidable part of Rugby League, plain and simple.
