The judiciary is the laughing stock of the sporting world after this year. The NRL is cracking down on players for "bringing the game into disrepute", what are they doing about their own systems? The best we can hope for is that the end of season review is actually a genuine attempt to change things for the better, otherwise the game will continue to lose support.

Keary is one of my favourite players. I love his style but what he did absolutely deserves time.
Sure he got hammered with a vicious fend but then he knocked Kaufusi out of the game with a swinging arm and pulled a chunk of hair from his scalp.
( at least a grade 4 hair pull ).
This is a big test for the game right here. No way can what he did be a grade 1 careless. It was a reaction to the fend, so reckless, if not intentional.
If journos, ex players, Nrl admin and judiciary prioritise Keary playing in a gf under the guise of giving the fans what they want it's time accept the are all full of shit when it comes to protecting players welfare.
