Looks like Jake Clifford to the Knights has been announced. The Cowboys have been their own worst enemy the last few years. Who are they replacing him with?
Ponga, Kikau, Clifford and I’m sure there’s a few more. Cows recruitment stinks recently.Looks like Jake Clifford to the Knights has been announced. The Cowboys have been their own worst enemy the last few years. Who are they replacing him with?
I don't see this being a good outcome for Clifford either really. Unless they really are moving Pearce on.Looks like Jake Clifford to the Knights has been announced. The Cowboys have been their own worst enemy the last few years. Who are they replacing him with?

If not, Pearce has one spot locked down, then they have Blake Green, Phoenix Crossland, now Clifford, and that's before they work out what they're going to do with Connor Watson who is definitely not going back to Fullback or Dummy Half.
That is a lot of Halves who are going to expect to play first Grade to try and jam into just two positions.
Can't believe I missed him. He was close to their best this year. And Kurt Mann
I never saw that being in doubt to be honest.Yeah its weird move for Clifford but maybe he didn't like his treatment at the Cows, what it does probably mean is that the Cowboys will be looking to extend Drinkwater's contract and lock him in to play in the halves.
Pearce at Melbourne would be very bad for the rest of the NRL.Surely Pearce is on the way out. Should be on the phone to Bellamy. They need a halfback and he’d be good for his game.
Widdop looking to return to the NRL - Cowboys in the box seat for his services (Which would allow them to release Clifford early to the Knights)
Barret is an excellent recruiter.
Gotta hand it to the Dogs, they're making some good signings.

The Dogs have been trying to sort their crap for a while and only now seem to be starting to get on top of it........................we however are still in our early phase of crap sorting particularly after a major setback that was the last 2 years.FMD, if Trent Barrett and the dysfunctional Bulldogs front office can manage it, how the **** does a $50+ million dollar a year publicly traded company that is supposedly the best operator in the business not seem to grasp it or be able to make it happen?
You'd have to be able to recognise and acknowledge 'crap' first and the people running the Broncos seem thoroughly incapable of that, even when they see it in the mirror on a daily basis. The Dogs have been trying to sort their crap for a while and only now seem to be starting to get on top of it........................we however are still in our early phase of crap sorting particularly after a major setback that was the last 2 years.
