I don't think Marsters is that great tbh, but he is costing them decent coin so they will probably pick him. Even if Mitchell doesn't go there anyway, there is a decent chance Tom could be heading down south.

I read an article that Marsters played the whole of last season on a bung ankle, might be the reason for his massive dip in form, he was one of the better attacking centres in the NRL in 2018.

I liked him in 2018, he had a great offload in his game. I know he had a knee clear out at the end of this season. A lot of Tigers fans seemed glad they were letting him go because he had become fairly lazy, and stopped doing th one percenters. Dunno how much of that was because he was leaving. If it's true and they get Mitchell, they could get badly exposed in defence.

Reckon he has gone a year long, like Thurston. 2020 will just cement Lockyer as the GOAT and the only one of the recent superstars who knew when the fat lady has sung. Melb to finish 6-8.
