It's 16 if the two people are of similar age ie. they are both under 18, which Okunbor is not.Incorrect, it's 16 in NSW.

I'm looking at the NSW legislation and it says nothing about "being similar ages".. How could you possibly define that in a court of law? Sounds subjective
So is this 16 year old another girl or was the original claims of 18 wrong?
This is the amendment that brought the age down to 16. Note it only applies to under 18s, who are in a relationship. Adults and/or 3rd parties aren't covered.Source?

Google sexting law changes.
It's only legal if the person receiving the photo is under the age of 18 and even then, it's only legal in certain situations.
If the person is over the age of 18 at the time the photo was received. It's very much illegal.
Fair enough. What about your wife?
Put simply - is it reasonable for that person to possess the picture/video.Ah yeah, found it.

I'm not entirely sure what #2 means here, might need a lawyer to decipher that one.
Oh, so you're just in a mood then. My wife is 36 and can make decisions for herself. If she were a school kid and decided to hook up with a professional athlete, then I would know why she married me, because I, myself, am prime beefcake.

Boyfriend/girlfriend? Yes.
Someone they were hooking up with and voluntarily sent the picture to? Yes.
Boyfriend forwarding it on to his mates? No.
Stranger downloading it from the internet? No.
No, I'm just having a hard time believing that any parent would not have an issue with these players crossing the boundry.
Nah, you have to meet a) AND b). He's over 18 so he fails a).So he's fine then?
To give you some idea of how dumb Cameron Munster is..
He FaceTimed the boys on FoxLeague this morning as he was driving from VIC to QLD, he wasn't wearing a seat belt and was holding his phone, looking at it and interacting with it while driving.
Remarkable.
