The NRL have waited until Origin to sanction Fifita about the trespass arrest over Christmas. the CM is reporting that he will be issued a breach notice in the coming days.

Fifita will be facing a possible fine or suspension (the CM really narrowed that one down, lol)

Gold Coast and Queensland superstar David Fifita is set to be penalised by the NRL for his bizarre trespassing incident in December.

The NRL cleared Fifita, but it was revealed the Titans had organised a $10,000 payment to the property residents, and the NRL reopened the investigation.

Guess it depends on when this payment came to light. If the Titans tried to conceal the payment though, that's not a good look for them.
