I didn't see the incident, but wasn't there a game earlier this round where a try was taken off a team because the ref impeded the defensive side? A player made contact with him in that game as well, but no charge...

There is a lot of ill will toward Coates from us Broncs fans and we don't miss him at all BUT credit where it is due, that put down was something else.

Yeah same. When he dropped that bomb cold earlier, my bitter arse was think "suck shit Melbourne", made even better by the commentators harping on that the "Aerial Specialist Coates" is normally so safe.
