I hate this rule... being allowed to strip it in the act of scoring is so stupid.

Why should the defence be allowed to commit an illegal act at that location, but everywhere else it's a penalty.

If they do want to make it a rule, then just make it that it becomes a drop out or something... no way should the defending team get possession and six tackles because they can strip the ball with 3 or 4 guys in the tackle... it's fucking stupid

Pretty decent win by the Toitens today. They have plenty of speed across the field. If they can get their D right they can score enough points to trouble any side.

I didn't really think about it until someone mentioned it last week but the Titans really got dicked with the draw and being the first team with the bye. I get that someone needs a bye that first round for the moment, but surely they should have been playing on the Thursday night in round 2, not waiting the whole weekend to play. They also hadn't had a game for a couple of weeks as well due to the trials being over.

Factor in the cyclone and disruptions with that, I think it's understandable that they would have been a little rusty coming in to their games tbh.
