I don't know why people get so hung up on "definitions" or letter of the law or even Annersley's bullshit "We're soooowwyy" press conferences. None of it matters. There is only one thing that judges the severity of the response from the officials, and that is how dramatic the incident actually looked.

honestly the last game seemed even worse, Dragons won with probably 50% completion, that's how useless Manly's attack was.
