Just saw the hip drop, man he's lucky not to be sent off.
Annesley justified a similar one not so long ago by saying that if the hip hits the ground first and the ball-carrier's foot then gets trapped under the torso, it isn't a hip-drop, it is just unfortunate. They talk about where the weight of the tackler is, and in this case Sami had the weight of two bodies on his ankle, but the hips of the tackler were already on the ground.
