Yep. I never watch the 9.30 game no matter how good it is, I just check the score. They should ditch the Friday double header and move the second game another Sunday game, heck even a live Thursday and live Friday game would be alright by me.

NRL free-to-air TV broadcaster, the Nine Network, has confirmed today that it has changed its broadcast schedule to show LIVE the Rabbitohs vs Broncos match being played at Suncorp Stadium on Friday 3 May at 7:35pm, in eastern states, including New South Wales.


Originally the game was to be shown live in Queensland and on delay in New South Wales, however Channel Nine has confirmed that the Rabbitohs game will be shown live in New South Wales and the Bulldogs vs Tigers game will be shown on delay on the east coast.


Rabbitohs Members and supporters who cannot make it to Suncorp Stadium will now be able to watch the game live as opposed to a two-hour delay.

Has anybody else in Sydney noticed the extraordinarily dragged out second game on a Friday night. Broncos are almost ALWAYS on second in Sydney. I have (officially) done a commercial count on several occasions DURING the 80 minutes of football (ignoring pre-game, half time and post game). For the first game there is usully four (4) commercials or station promos during the actual game. For the second game their are FIFTY SIX (56) commercials or station promos during the game's 80 minutes. I am not joking - count them for yourself!

If I am not already asleep - it drives me CRAAAAAAZZZZZZYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY........

Yes but Fox has NO replays, it's fucking annoying. Sometimes there's a controversial refereeing decision and they won't even show a replay.

Nine may have too many replays, but Fox doesn't have enough.
Rewinding won't do much for me, because what I'm interested in, is a couple of different angles to review a play.

^^ This. Rewind is not always convenient in a live game and you can't get different angles, maybe something for the IQ4.
