Not allowing a try in the second half is pretty rare in this competition and that's what the Broncos need to build on again this week. It was a great effort last week and then they executed some well timed attack.

Positive signs for them that they're starting to mature a bit and understand. Brimson's kicking game and management of the team is improving every week. Allan is starting to have an impact from the back

Saitua races out of dummy half and forces his way over adjacent the uprights.

12-6 Broncos

36 gone.

While it's fun to watch your club colours go around in this competition scrapping it will be best thing for these young blokes .. They'll develop so much better in the state league playing with and against men..

Good run there by Whitbread. Flat-footed nothing on and he gets his dummy half Saitua a quick play the ball.

You don't need to give Kalolo an invitation. When he's got the opportunity he's going to scamper and that's what he's going to do here. Burns and Isaako also played their part.

18-10 Broncos

Errors are killing the Warriors.

Allan shrugs off the tackle of Pauga, runs a line between Pitama and Kenese and goes straight through.

24-10

59 gone.

The Warriors finally hold onto the ball and sure enough they score two relatively easy tries.

24-22 Broncos

71 gone.

Digging deep here Brisbane.

Warriors with four sets in a row.

Brilliant try by Brisbane.

Lanskey gathered in the grubber by Harris-Tavita and raced away. Burns and Isaako backed up and Brisbane go 90m to wrap this game up.

30-22 Broncos

Looked for all money the Warriors were going to steal it.

Fantastic individual effort there from Isaako.

Raced 80m beat about 5 defenders and scores in the corner.

Brisbane 34-22.

I like the look of Isaako and Allan.

gerome burns looks the goods, he is a far better option than the other 6 we had on there to start the year.

I just checked the player profiles on the Broncos site and noticed we have a kid called "Joseph McGuire" in the NYC profiles.. I was going to ask if he was related to Josh, but after looking at the picture, I don't think I need to.

Hahah! Thats gold.

Hopefully Moose ran hard and straight at him. Younger brothers always seem to go alright, their used to getting bashed around by their brother and older lads. It toughens em up.
