Asked him one question about the game we just played and then about 8 about his contract / future. TPJ was quite candid and honest TBF, but JT just kept peppering him.
Brought up the confirmation that he was told he can look around, and JT kept pushing a couple of times asking if he was going to stay or if he’d played his last game for Brisbane or where he saw his future.

I agree. He may have been shopping himself around earlier this year (we won’t ever know) but he did seem surprised about being brought in on his day off to be told to get on his bike.
Didn’t sound like he wanted to talk about it, said they called him in on his day off and told him. Said a couples of time he was on contract for this year and next, and looked a bit upset.

That interview was terrible. What did JT expect tpj to say about his future. The guy literally said he found out a couple of days ago.
