In the last minute of the game, Penrith (Luke Lewis???) put a grubber through, however it went over the sideline. Waterhouse was chasing it but had pulled up and was slowing down, basically given up on the run and was in the process of pulling up.

Ennis shoves him over the line, sending Waterhouse over the advertising banners and through all the TV cables, etc Waterhouse had to brace himself as he nearly went into the crowd, simply because he wasn't expecting impact.

Petero, rightfully so, thought this was not sportsman like and totally uncalled for and decided to let the grubby midget know how he felt.

Getting under the skin of opposition players. It's all part of the game. We've had Broncos players doing it since we came into the competition in 1988 and it had been going on long before that as well. Ennis does go over the top sometimes but it does no harm to the game whatsoever.

As for diving, yeh it's ordinary I agree. But Folau and Thaiday did it on Friday night as well. So you need to hate them as well.

So let me clear this up; he was trying to get underneath the skin of his opposition AFTER the final siren? Also, the difference between Ennis and Tallis is; firstly Tallis could actually back up his words with his fists, and secondly Tallis had reason to crack Ross (same same reason for 99% of his on field indiscretions). Ennis simply dives/fakes injury to attempt video ref action and jaws off and hides from the confrontation.

Thats what pisses me off most about Ennis he only starts running his mouth after he has pushed someone into the barriers of elbowed someone in the kidneys!
