Are we much chance of another gold? The only thing I've watched is the golf and the 100m final, but have money on us winning 15 or more golds.

We're a good chance in the men's skateboarding, Keegan Palmer is one of the best in the world and won the gold in Tokyo.

We're also a chance in the Javelin, the pole vault, the 1500m, the beach volleyball.

Aussies are up to their eyeballs in this marathon walk - currently in third but Montag is the better than the two girls she will be competing against in the last leg and China has been penalised out of it. This is now a legit gold chance.

In terms of more gold, basically:

- Men's team pursuit track cycling (WR holders)
- The women's 1500m - basically Hull is easily the second best runner in it but up against the WR holder, this is not a foregone conclusion though
- Men's Dinghy would take a monumental stuff up not to get gold
- Men's water polo
- Women's water polo
- Men's skateboarding (tonight)
- Women's golf - two legit gold chances
- Men's discus (not the favourite but ranked third in the world)
- Women's basketball but come on, they aren't beating the US
- Marathon swimming women (legit chance but not favourite)
- Favourite in one of the women's weight lifting classes
- Legit chance in another weight lifting zone
- Several other track cycling events
- Women's beach volleyball
- Women's javelin (two legit chances)

So yeah...15 gold is, dare I say it...conservative.
