Feel horrible for his young kids and wife. I can't respect or feel bad for a bloke that kills himself where his young children can find him, and are expected to live. I respect the whole mental health side of things, but your kids should be your first thought at all times.

I've had depression briefly, and there was aminute there that I thought my family would be better off without me. It's amazing how quickly that thought comes and I imagine if you're predispositioned to depression or in a very dark place in life you start to believe those lies. Imagine if you were the coach of the Cowboys and QLD and they turned it around and are flying high the minute you leave, you'd feel pretty bad. Then add family issues or pressure on top of that....
