Jesse Arthur's getting the blame for the short kick to himself late in the second half, when it was actually Herbie.

I thought it was Herbie, but saw everyone saying it was Arthars and figured I got it wrong

i especially loved the passion Staggs showed after scoring it.

but where were all of the Dolphins backs. it was nothing but forwards chasing him. If I was Bennett that would have pissed me off.

What pissed me off was where was Cobbo? He was with Staggs to start with but then it’s just Staggs and three or four Phins players, Cobbo should have been right on his shoulder the whole time in case Kotoni needed to pass it.

Meanwhile, Milford finally being one of the best Broncos on ground was good to see

Aitkin fell off the tackle and was on the ground, Niu had a busted leg and couldn’t run, the 5/8 fell off a tackle attempt, Milford is fat, and the other 3 were on the right side.

I agree with most of that.

rewatching it. Nui doesn't turn and chase. he actually moves into the path of Cobbo, to prevent Cobbo backing Staggs up.

I wouldn't say I was pissed off - not even a bit - but I would like to see our tryscorers improve their position - if it's not too risky - with Adam's kicking being what it's become.

There's been a bit of uncertainty around this, so I thought I'd double check the replay.

Arthars plays the ball, Herbie comes in at dummy-half and goes himself with the kick.

Looks like Reyno was all setup for a cross-field kick, or play out the back, so I've no idea why Herbie felt the need to take the low percentage option.

Yeh I noticed Marty jumping and running on the sideline.. It's great to see.

I just remember some of the players joking and smiling after their umpteenth defeat in a row during the pie years... this enthusiasm is so much better to watch!

Cobbo was there, Tesi checked him at the start but he was catching up and positioned himself in field, when the chases got closer you can see him bump it up a gear but when he realises Kotonis home you can see him fist pumping at the 40-50m mark.
